Hotel-only bookings are complimentary.
Hotels compensate travel advisors directly, so there is no advisor fee for you. In many cases, I can also access preferred rates or valuable benefits such as breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades and flexible check-in or checkout.
If I can’t improve your booking, I’ll simply tell you.
Why is there no advisor fee?+
For hotel-only reservations, the hotel compensates me after the stay. You do not pay a separate advisor fee.
Will I pay more by booking through you?+
I compare what you found with the options available to me. Rates and conditions can vary, so I’ll explain the differences clearly before you decide. If the option you found is stronger, I’ll tell you.
What if I have already booked?+
If your reservation is flexible or refundable, send me the details before making any changes. Do not cancel your existing booking until we have compared the options and you have approved the next step.
Can I still earn hotel loyalty points?+
It depends on the hotel, program and rate selected. I’ll clarify loyalty eligibility before anything is booked.
What if you cannot improve my booking?+
I’ll simply tell you. There is no obligation to proceed, and nothing is booked without your approval.

I’m Thibault Cannon, a French-American luxury travel advisor based in Charleston, South Carolina.
I built my business around a simple idea: you don’t need someone to take over your trip—you just need someone to make sure you book it the best way possible.
If you’ve already found the perfect hotel, I’ll personally review your booking, compare it with the rates, hotel benefits and booking options available to me, and remain your point of contact before, during and after your stay.
